Deb Helms, Director of Youth Ministries

Deb oversees the youth programs of the church. Deb is particularly responsible for Post-Disciples cubes (small groups for sophomores, juniors and seniors) and WF, social and service activities for all high school students. She keeps in touch with recent college graduates via a monthly letter and an annual retreat. She is co-director of the Wednesday after-school LOGOS program, leads the middle school portion of LOGOS, and oversees 7th and 8th grade Sunday School. She leads the high school group on summer caravans (mission trips). Deb works with the Christian Education - Youth Committee. Deb is a CPC member, an elder, a long-time youth volunteer, and has been on staff since 1993. She lives at home with her husband, John, and an emotionally needy black lab. Deb and John look forward to homecomings of their two college-age children, Matt and Brooke, both of whom went through the youth program at CPC.

Full time; office hours are Tuesday - Friday.
