Carol Wallace, Membership Involvement

Carol joined the staff in September 2000. Her time is divided between membership and communications. She monitors visitors' attendance and encourages them to go through the membership process. Carol also coordinates all new member activity from the Inquirer's class to their day of joining. Additionally, Carol is responsible for all press releases, media alerts and paid advertising, as well as overseeing design and layout of the Web site, the weekly bulletin and monthly newsletters.
