We provide a safe, loving place for infants through 2-years-old to play while their parents worship and/or attend Christian Education classes.  Drop-off nursery care is always provided on Sunday mornings from 8:45 a.m. to 12 p.m. (9:15 – 11:45 a.m. during the summer months of June, July and August when we have one worship service at 9:30 a.m.)  We have a beeper system to alert parents should we need them to return to the nursery for any reason.

The nursery is located on the church’s main level, across from the church office.

Nursery FAQs

What should I expect on my first visit to the nursery?

When visiting us for the first time, you will be asked to fill out a CPC Kids Family Registration form.  For the safety and security of all of our children, we ask that each child in our care have a current registration form on file. The nursery staff will help you sign in your child and complete the form that includes contact and allergy information as well as who is allowed to pick up your child.

What should I bring?

We recommend parents bring a diaper bag and bottle, both labeled with your child's name. Please feel welcome to bring any comfort items your child might have. You may also want to bring a change of clothes for your child, just in case it is needed.

What if my child cries?

Most children cry the first few times they are dropped off, but they usually calm down quickly. Our staff and volunteers will do their best to comfort your child. If your child cannot be consoled, we will contact you during the worship service or in your Christian Education class.

Can I stay with my child in the nursery?

Yes. Parents are welcome in the nursery at any time.

Can I nurse my child in the nursery?

Yes. We have a rocker available in the nursery and nursing mothers are welcome.

Can I volunteer?

Yes. To volunteer in the nursery, please email Kristin Duy, Director of Children and Family Ministries or call the church office.
