• Are you too early? The feed will be black until the livestream begins.

• Try refreshing your browser page or close the browser and reopen.

• Are you using Safari? Quite often Firefox or Chrome browsers will work better.

Still need help?

• Post a comment in the chcpc.online.church chat and see if anyone else is having the same issue. Sometimes it's our feed.

• Contact the online host. If you can't chat, you can find their information in the Realm directory.

• To register and login at chcpc.online.church click the three horizontal lines in the upper left hand corner of screen, just left of the CPC logo to reach the login window.

• Then create an account or login. 

• This is different than logging into Realm (but if you don't have a Realm account here's your chance to sign up--contact Stephanie Rens-Domiano for help).

• You do not need to log into the Chrome browser on the top right!

• If you only want to chat, start typing in the chat window and a pop up will ask your user name.
